Cancellation Policy:
Course fees must be received by the registration deadline. DANTA reserves the right to cancel a course if enrollment is less than 10 students by the registration deadline. If a participant cancels after the registration deadline, DANTA will refund 40% of the total tuition fee up to 2 weeks prior to the course. After this time no refund is possible.

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required immediately following acceptance into the program in order to secure your place in the course.

Obtaining Credit:

DANTA is a private institution but is likely that you can receive credit through your own university by way of an "independent study." You should arrange an independent study with your professor or advisor prior to arriving in Costa Rica. Your DANTA course instructor will provide an academic transcript to your professor or advisor. Generally, students receive 3-6 credit hours for our month long programs, and 3 credits for the 2 week courses.
